Wholesale after-sales rules
1, damaged fault table replacement processing
If there is no feedback damage failure within 7 days after the courier signs for delivery, the default products are all good.
If there are more than 10 problem lists to be accumulated within 2 months of the order, contact customer service for replacement, and we (the seller) will be responsible for the round-trip postage;
If 10 pieces are not accumulated, the exchange postage shall be the responsibility of the buyer; if the order exceeds 2 months, the exchange will not be processed.
In order to allow customers to get products with more price advantages, the low value itself has a small profit. When the number of watches is small, the freight may be higher than the value of the product itself. Please understand.
2, non-fault table replacement processing
When the product is not a quality problem (including minor defects), if it needs to be replaced, replace the same color or other styles according to the following discounts:
10% off the value of the goods within 1 month of the order, and the exchange postage shall be borne by the buyer;
20% off the value of the goods within 2 months of the order, and the exchange postage shall be borne by the buyer;
30% off the value of the goods within 3 months of the order, and the exchange postage shall be borne by the buyer.
Orders over 3 months old will not be processed after sales.
When the number of exchanges exceeds 500 or the number of exchanges exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a clearance style, no return or exchange will be processed.
About mixed batches
